Exchange Eligibility (Within Pakistan)

You may request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • You are facing size issues
  • You are facing color issues
  • You will bear the shiping coast

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Be unused and unworn
  • Have all original tags attached

Non-Exchangeable Items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange Eligibility (KSA, UAE, UK, USA)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price cannot be exchanged.
  • We do not offer cash refunds. If an exchange cannot be processed, you will receive a store credit coupon of equal value for future use.

How to Request an Exchange

Please include your order details and the reason for your exchange request. Once eligibility is confirmed, we will provide the return address. After we receive and inspect your returned item, your replacement will be shipped.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
  • We dispatch orders daily at 3 PM, so cancellation requests must be made before the first 3 PM following your order placement.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
